Company Philosophy

Orlando Homes and Villas, LLC is a private for-profit Real Estate Investment Company.  Although some of our staff do hold real estate licenses we are primarily private individuals that invest in real estate.

Founded in 2003, it’s mission is to acquire, rehabilitate, lease, and/or re-sell residential real estate.  The company was initially started with the goal of providing affordable rental housing to people in the Central Florida area, while providing solutions to homeowners that needed to sell a home quickly.

Our clients understand and appreciate that Orlando Homes and Villas, LLC has demonstrated a strong commitment to parts of the community whose housing needs have been badly underserved and where few realistic options for those needs have been available to those seeking them.  It gives us great pride to make home ownership possible for people that wouldn’t be able to own a home through traditional means.

As a final note, Orlando Homes and Villas, LLC not only provides affordable housing but also by the very nature of the business, helps the local economy by providing work for local contractors, realtors, mortgage professionals, and other related businesses.
